Spring has finally arrived and so has the date for the next Muncie TimeBank Potluck!

We are so excited to announce that the newly renovated Muncie Civic Theater has offered to host this special event! You will be amazed at the preservation and restorative efforts from top to bottom! Tours of the building will be given to those interested.

You will also get a chance to hear firsthand about all the ways time bankers can help this iconic community gem! As they say, “You don’t have to be a performer to play a starring role at Muncie Civic”!

Let’s have a BIG turnout!

Invite family, friends and neighbors!

Bring a dish to share and your appetite for great food and community!

The Muncie TimeBank, Inc (MTB) invites the community to an informational event!

Learn what a time bank is all about and how you can get involved.

If you like to volunteer and give time to the Muncie community,

time banking is a way to get something back in exchange for your time and effort.

When a MTB member provides an hour of service for another time bank member he/she logs that time and then gets an hour back in the form of another service!

Muncie is filled with folks with countless skills. In a time bank everyone’s work is valued and everyone’s time is valued equally.

Please join us!

The Muncie TimeBank, Inc. is having another potluck. Everyone is welcome! Join us in sharing a meal and meeting time bank members and others in our community. The time bank is a wonderful way to build a supportive community of people who help each other and create a balance of give and take. Each member earns time credits and can use them in a multitude of ways with anyone listed on the software.

Here are some examples:

Simple home repairs, gardening, help with social events, sewing, shopping, computer help, fitness, painting, teaching/tutoring, pet sitting, childcare, cooking, piano lessons, birding walks, cleaning, martial art lessons, resume help and much, much more!

Bring a dish to share, if you can.
