Since 2001, Open Space: Art About the Land has encouraged artists from across the state to draw inspiration from the land that surrounds us. From painters to sculptors and beyond, the exhibition presents a diverse showcase of creative talent that celebrates the beauty achieved when nature inspires art. Sachi Yanari-Rizzo, curator of prints and drawings at the Fort Wayne Museum of Art, will be this year’s exhibition juror. Once again, tandem exhibitions will be presented by Minnetrista and the Red-tail Land Conservancy’s mission to protect wild lands in East Central Indiana.

Muncie Stitch n' Bitch meets every Sunday! 🧶 We meet weekly at The Cup at 3p. Everyone is welcome, with any kind of making! The Cup is in The Village, near the campus of Ball State University, at 1606 West University Avenue. Free parking is behind the café, enter the parking lot off of Dill Street by Be Here Now. Veterans will be honored and appreciated

A community-wide, non-denominational appreciation event featuring community choirs, soloists, instrumental performances, a historical presentation, and children's participation, with special recognition of all veterans in attendance

About

The University Singers, also known as "Indiana’s Official Goodwill Ambassadors," celebrate their 62nd season this year! Under the direction of Jodi Cotton-Street, the ensemble kicks off the season with its annual Fall Concert featuring songs of faith, hope, laughter, and love.

• General Public: $8 in advance / $10 at the door
• Seniors: $5 in advance / $7 at the door
• BSU Faculty/Staff: $5 in advance / $7 at the door
• Students: free* in advance / $5 at the door
  *One (1) free student ticket per ID is available in advance (before 5 p.m. on the night of the concert) at the College of Fine Arts Box Office
