Strings of Self-Love: Galentine's Day Restorative Yoga
7pm @
ZOKAWA studio in the Community of Hope Church
Upstairs, follow signs
1968 W. Main Street
Cost: $35 Ages: 14+ Strings of Self Love is a Galentine’s restorative yoga experience where live cello music wraps around you like a warm embrace. As your body rests, the music does the holding—so you don’t have to.
Together, we’ll gently release the places we’ve been tied in knots and retie those strings with kindness, patience, and ease—turning self-love into something felt, not forced.
Because this year, you’re not waiting for a gift. You are the gift.
*space is limited and pregistration is required. Tickets on sale now until February 11th or until sold out!
