The Muncie Fire Department Museum will be open for tours. The museum includes artifacts, equipment and pictures that cover the history of the fire department for the city of Muncie.Gallery 308
This two–man show titled “Conversations and After/Life” is a collection of fine art photography. This exhibit features two award-winning artists, Alfredo Marin Carle and Ryan Sparrow. Both artists are faculty in the Department of Journalism at Ball State University teaching visual journalism classes. Marin-Carle and Sparrow earned the gallery exhibit when they captured Best of Show and first place awards respectively from Gallery’s 308’s Paperchaser 2012 juried exhibition. Marin-Carle took top honors for his self-portrait, “Introspection”.Gordy Fine Art and Framing
Style show by Pat Nelson and Ann Baddeley Keister entitled: “Putting it All Together: Invention, Appropriation, Transformation, Elaboration,” The show will feature wearable garments designed and sewn by Ann using recycled Japanese kimono fabrics.
