- Holiday in Bloom 2017 6pm to 9pm @ Christy Woods In Christy Woods on W. University. Ave. across from IU-Ball Memorial Hospital 2500 W. University Ave. Muncie, IN 47306
Be our guest for the annual Holiday in Bloom. This event will take place at the Joe and Alice Rinard Orchid Greenhouse (ROGH) on December 2nd from 6:00 to 9:00pm. Sedoctave, a BSU a cappella group, will perform at 6:30 and 7:30 p.m. We will have children's activities, a holiday sale, beautiful orchids on display, holiday lights and refreshments. Afterwards, take a short stroll next door to the Marilyn K. Glick Center for Glass to see glass blowing demonstrations. A MITS Trolley will run between the ROGH and Minnestrista’s Enchanted Luminaria. Make it a night to remember!

Holiday in Bloom Open House - Experience the Rinard Orchid Greenhouse at night, with holiday flair on Saturday, December 2. Concurrent glass-blowing demonstrations at the Marilyn K. Glick Center for Glass. All welcome 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm.
In addition to a beautiful display of orchids and holiday lights we will feature:

This event will be held in the Rinard Orchid Greenhouse located in Christy Woods on the Ball State University campus. For questions only, contact Cheryl LeBlanc or call 765-285-8839. This is free and open to the public.

Over the years many people have tried to explain the appearance of the Star of Bethlehem, as described in the Bible. Can the star be explained as an exploding star, a comet or some other natural event in the sky? Potential natural explanations for the Star of Bethlehem and common modern-day misconceptions will be discussed.

Cost: $12 per person and $8 per student Ages: 10 and up Cornerstone Center for the Arts’ Monthly Dance Club is a great way to have fun with friends, or to make new friends, while enjoying ballroom, Latin, and swing dancing.
Join David Fennig, Cornerstone dance instructor and director of the Harmony Dance Group, for this monthly social event which will meet on Saturday, October 7 from 7 to 10:30 p.m. The evening will include an hour of dance lessons followed by two to three hours of open dancing. This social dance event is perfect for couples, groups of friends, or individuals looking for a fun way to spend their Saturday evening. No partner or previous experience is necessary.
Admission for the Monthly Dance Club is $12 per person and $8 for students and children ages 10 and up. No pre-registration is required. Proceeds from the Monthly Dance Club will benefit Cornerstone’s arts program and scholarship fund.
