Infant and Toddler Kits are on the way! Prevent Child Abuse of Delaware County, Huffer Memorial Children's Center, and Second Harvest Food Bank of East Central Indiana are working together to ease costs associated with diaper insecurity. FREE diapers, baby wipes and infant and toddler books will be provided. No documents are needed.
