Fire Up DWNTWN is the summer event you don't dare miss! 🔥 This festival is presented by Muncie Downtown Development Partnership and Ivy Tech Community College and will be held in the streets of Downtown Muncie from 1-10p on Saturday, September 21st. Packed with engaging activities and attractions for the whole family, this all-day event will be fun and over-the-top-hot! A mixture of hot air balloons, spicy foods, smokin’ ribs, vendors, games, and live entertainment, this peak extravaganza offers something for everyone!

The Muncie Makers Market will set up outdoors on the sidewalks of Downtown Muncie for Light Up DWNTWN! 🎄 We'll be at Adams & Walnut from 5-8p - bundle up and enjoy a lovely Winter evening in Downtown Muncie!

Help us kickoff the holiday season with our annual Light Up DWNTWN event on First Thursday, December 5 from 5-8 pm.  

Starting at 5 pm, enjoy performances, a kiddie train, and even a visit from Santa all at Canan Commons! Embrace the Christmas spirit by counting down the lighting of the community Christmas tree at 6 pm.

It's too chilly, so the Muncie Makers Market is on hiatus for our sidewalk setup until May 1st - but we still have a fun First Thursday planned this month! We look forward to telling you all about our busy 2025 Season! The Spring 2025 Muncie YART will be from 5-8p on Thursday, June 5th during the Brink of Summer ArtsWalk! This is a HUGE event with hundreds of Artists!

YART Artist Sign Up is on May 1st on the Muncie YART Facebook page - it's FREE to all Artists! Signing up means you are IN! 

YART has a zero-dollar budget and is proof that community members working together can create an extremely successful and fun experience! Volunteers are sought for the YART Artist Set-Up from 3-5p on June 5th, show up to HELP, thank you! ♥️
