Scarecrow Contest Guidelines:
Scarecrows must have/be the following: Life-size and handmade by participants, Vertical support for the body, Durability to sun, wind, & rain, Decorations fully attached.
Due dates for registration forms and scarecrow set up: Saturday, October 1 by 1pm at Maring-Hunt Library
Winners will be based on popular vote & announced at 3:50pm.
Pick up registration forms at any Muncie Public Library location.
