I Am: A Vision of Our Future
9am to 5pm @
Minnetrista Museum & Gardens
1200 North Minnetrista Parkway, Muncie, Indiana 47303
April 11–June 7, 2026
Center Building, Indiana Room
Created in partnership with Muncie Juneteenth, this powerful exhibition turns the spotlight to our community’s youth. I Am invites children to imagine themselves in the futures they dream of—scientists, artists, leaders, caregivers, and more—and captures those visions in striking portraits.
Each portrait is a declaration of identity and aspiration—because when children see themselves reflected in the world around them, it affirms that they belong. I Am is both a celebration of dreams and a call to action: the future of our community is already here—and it’s bold, brilliant, and full of promise.https://www.minnetrista.net/events/i-am-a-vision-of-our-future

She has led an extraordinary life, personally and professionally, marked by the kind of journey most people could only imagine. Often described as one of Muncie, Indiana's best-kept secrets, she has earned a place among the city's most notable figures.
That remarkable journey has now found a new form of expression in her recent step into authorship. Her book, "Finding Fogg", is more than a memoir---it is a reflection on a lifetime of creativity, resilience, and reinvention. Through humor and honesty, she shares the story of a Hoosier girl who turned dryer lint into a global artistic legacy.
