Bring your family and friends for a day filled with exhibition-themed adventures at Minnetrista! With so much to explore, the day offers a choose-your-own-adventure experience. The activities encourage learning, active family participation, and plenty of fun. Enjoy a beautiful spring day at Minnetrista!

- Live Animal Shows: Three engaging live animal shows will take place in the Cantina. The first show begins at 11 a.m., a second show at 1 p.m., and a final show at 3 p.m.
- Screen Printing Station: Guests can get creative at the screen printing station.
- Storytime: Join us for an interactive storytime.
- Betty’s Cabin Activity: Join us for an fun activity at Betty’s Cabin.
- Horticulture Activity: A Horticulture activity will be available.
- Lawn Games: Head to the Wishing Well Lawn for a variety of classic lawn games, offering fun and friendly competition for the whole family.
- Imagination Playground: Unleash your creativity with the big blue blocks in the Indiana Room.
- Food Trucks: Food trucks will be available during the event.

The event will have staggered entry times for a relaxed arrival, but you're welcome to stay and explore all day! Preregistration is highly encouraged.

The School of Art invites the public to attend a showcase of work by students from the BFA in Visual Arts/Animation program, including the Animation Production, Game Art/Design, Illustration, and VFX concentrations. Students will display artworks created as part of their schoolwork, representing a dynamic range concepts and styles. This is a great chance to see the exciting art being made by some of the School of Art's Animation Majors!

Reception is from 4 - 6 p.m. on Wednesday, April 1.

All exhibitions will be in The Ned and Gloria Griner Art Gallery, just off the Atrium Food Court in the Arts & Journalism building. Free and open to the public.

Spring Break is getting a STEAM-powered upgrade at the Muncie Children’s Museum! Join us for STEAM Break, where kids will explore Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math through hands-on activities and playful learning. Be sure to view the graphic above for a full schedule of activities and the times they are offered each day. All activities are INCLUDED with museum admission and membership.

Robotics Program at MCM

Spring Break is getting a STEAM-powered upgrade at the Muncie Children’s Museum!

Join us for an exciting hands-on Robotics Program led by Kids Explore Robotics! Participants will develop engineering and problem-solving skills while building two working robots — and possibly a third (if time allows).

This program is perfect for children in grades 1–3, and a parent or guardian must accompany their child for the entire session to ensure safety and support.

Dates & Times: March 25–28: 12 PM – 3 PM | March 29: 1 PM – 4 PM
Cost: Included with museum admission and free for MCM members
Registration: Advanced registration is required; spots are limited.
