On Monday December 5th, 2011 Charles Evans (who was mis-identified as Mike Hicks by the Muncie Star Press) will be the keynote speaker at the Horizon Convention Center at a noon luncheon. Evans is the CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. Rumor has it that he may be the next head of the Federal Reserve.
This event affords Occupy Muncie with an unprecedented opportunity to protest the corruption of the Federal Reserve, home of corporate welfare and secret corporate bail-outs.
