Ball State’s choirs open the season with a diverse and engaging program of music, including themed sets, led by faculty conductors Andrew Crow and Kerry Glann. Concert Choir’s program features explorations of darkness and light, extending into themes of human connection and community. The Chamber Choir will offer a musical “Advice Column,” with texts that attempt to guide us with sincerity and with humor.
The Chamber Choir is the university’s most prestigious concert choir, typically comprised of 32 singers: mostly upper-level music majors and graduate students. The Concert Choir is a select ensemble open to students of all disciplines by audition. Over the course of several semesters of participation, members will perform accompanied and a cappella music representing a broad spectrum of history and cultures.
Tickets available through the College of Fine Arts Box Office located at Sursa Hall.
