Eating Seasonally: Spring

Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) utilizes 5 elements that correspond to each of the different seasons: Spring, Summer, Late Summer, Autumn, and Winter. This class will delve into the element corresponding with Spring: Wood. You'll learn about different aspects of Spring from a TCM perspective, how to incorporate foods to nourish the Wood element, and how to ferment your own vegetables.
