Join Cornerstone Center for Arts on Thursday, February 7 for the opening reception of Through the Lense, a photography exhibition by Jordyn Fender. The reception will take place in the Judith Barnes Memorial Gallery on the second floor of Cornerstone Center for the Arts from 5:00 to 7:00 pm in conjunction with February’s First Thursday events.
Jordyn Fender began pursuing photography at the age of 5. At the age of 16, she held her first exhibition in the B3 Gallery in Nashville, Indiana. Since that time, she has worked to share her art with others through gallery exhibitions. She dreams of becoming a well-traveled and world-renowned photographer, taking photos for magazines, starting her own gallery, and selling work to galleries around the world.
Fender’s photography represents her view of beauty. Taking photos of anything and everything, finding inspiration in nature, architecture, animals, and people. Her macro views strive to find the beauty in the details of a subject.
Through the Lense will be on display and open to the public in the Judith Barnes Memorial Gallery throughout the month of February.
