The Center for Peace and Conflict Studies is pleased to present the first Brown Bag Discussion of the semester: Melissa Evans and Nigelle Holloway, the founder and store manager of Nature's Karma!

Nature's Karma is a specialty store (located in Carmel City Center) focusing on recycled gifts and goods, fair trade items, teas, and organic skin care. They work with local artists, the Carmel Green Initiative, and fair trade organizations to educate about environmentally sustainable and socially relevant products.

When: Wednesday, January 18; 12-1 pm

Where: The Peace Center, 310. N. McKinley (white house across from South Commuter parking lot)

They will be discussing the store, the fair trade movement, and the impact of recycling. A question and answer session will follow.
