In December Gallery 308 will bring to the gallery an amalgamation of expression. In the main Gallery Ball Sate Senior Students will exhibit featuring: the painting of Neal Soley; Drawings and prints by Andrew McCauley; Prints and paintings by Terry Flores; Sculpture and metalwork by Rachael Jobst; and, the designs of John Carroll. The Founders Gallery will feature Twila Beahm and Jessie Creselious. Each of Twila Beahm’s Faerie Houses is one of a kind and hand crafted of natural materials and found Objects. Jessie Creselious will present his recent work of polymer clay Faerie sculptures. His colorful and unique sculptures range in size from 2.5 inches to 7 inches tall.

Explore cameras and optical illusions inspired by our Enchanted Museum exhibit. Learn the basic science behind how a camera works and the progression of photography technology. You'll also get to experience an exclusive glimpse at some of the cameras from the Minnetrista Heritage Collection. This workshop will provide tips on how to use your camera to manipulate qualities such as light exposure, angle, and perspective to make unique photos. Feel free to bring your own camera to practice! Muncie Civic Theatre presents A Time For Christmas on the Mainstage Theatre, December 4th-6th, and 10th-13th. Thursday through Saturday performances are at 7:30pm and the two Sunday matinees on December 6th and 13th are at 2:00pm. This Broadway-style musical is an imaginative adventure throughout time where we learn the true meaning of Christmas. This is a story of hope and the opportunity to change one's life for the better. Audiences will experience music and drama that capture the wonder of Christmas for the whole family. A Time For Christmas features live musical performances, under the direction of Dr. Michael Williamson, and a cast of more than 70 community members under the direction of Laura Williamson. Join us as we celebrate the holiday season!

Muncie Civic Theatre presents Sanders Family Christmas in the Studio Theatre, December 4th-5th, 11th-13th, & 17th-19th. Thursday through Saturday performances are at 8:00pm and the Sunday matinee on December 13th is at 2:00pm. Tickets are $10 for adults and $7 for students. In this sequel to the ever popular New York hit Smoke on the Mountain, the Sanders family returns to Mount Pleasant, North Carolina, home of the Mount Pleasant Pickle Factory. It's Christmas Eve, 1941. Reverend Oglethorpe has invited them to the Baptist Church to sing and witness, getting the congregation into the down home holiday spirit before the boys, including one of the Sanders' own, are shipped off to World War II. More than two dozen Christmas carols, many of them vintage hymns, and hilarious yuletide stories from the more or less devote Sanders family keep the audience laughing, clapping and singing along with bluegrass Christmas favorites. Richly entertaining, this wildly infections musical brings cheer to audiences eager to see how their friends from Smoke on the Mountain have been getting along.
