Cost: $35 Ages: 14+ Strings of Self Love is a Galentine’s restorative yoga experience where live cello music wraps around you like a warm embrace. As your body rests, the music does the holding—so you don’t have to.
Together, we’ll gently release the places we’ve been tied in knots and retie those strings with kindness, patience, and ease—turning self-love into something felt, not forced.
