  The Muncie Symphony Orchestra and Muncie Arts and Culture Council present a community event that has become a Muncie tradition. It's fun and it's free! Wander through the MACC Arts Fair, Participate in the Flag Day picnic contest, try out musical instruments at the instrument petting zoo, and enjoy the Muncie Symphony Orchestra's "Americana" themed concert.
