America's Hometown Band takes the 2 o'clock spot in the festival music tent on Washington Street on Sunday, Sept. 18 to entertain festival goers with that full concert band sound. Come sit a spell and enjoy the free concert of lively, fun music that the Band will deliver.

The 42nd annual Old Washington Street Festival celebrates the architectural, cultural, and social heritage of Muncie’s Emily Kimbrough Historic District and the surrounding neighborhood from the Gas Boom Era (1880-1910). The festival features artist and craft vendors, musical entertainment, antiques, kids’ activities, demonstrations, food, historic home tour, and classic car show and street dance. This Free Concert Band program of fun summer music starts at 2:00 pm. Free seating is provided at the Festival Performance Tent, and the public is invited to attend.
The outdoor Performance Tent is situated at the crossing of E. Washington & Monroe Streets in Muncie.
