Cost: $25 for YMCA members and $45 for non-members Ages: Women, 14+ self-defense workshop that will provide psychological awareness and verbal skills, not just physical training. Join other women to learn skills and knowledge that will help you avoid and protect yourself in a violent situation. Participants should wear closed-toe shoes, as well as comfortable clothing that allows them to move around during class.
