“Exhibition of 8 x l0 photos of Charles Gatewood”: Charles Robert Gatewood (November 8, 1942 – April 28, 2016) was an American photographer, writer, videographer, artist and educator, who lived and worked in San Francisco, California. Gatewood's documentation of alternative culture in San Francisco is unmatched. People he photographed include Lawrence Ferlinghetti, Herb Gold, Charles Henri Ford, Carol Queen, Ron Turner and Ruth Bernard. 5-8pm.Cornerstone Center for the Arts

For the pilot MuncieArts Artist Spotlight program, join painter and MuncieArts apprentice Andie Arana Gomez, who focuses on themes of immigration, identity, and cultural heritage that incorporate a unique visual language inspired by iconic Mayan myths native to their home country of Guatemala. There will be brief remarks at 6 pm. Artists, creatives, and makers are also invited to sign up for future Artist Spotlights too.
