- Sublimate And Stitch 1:00pm to 3:30pm @ Madjax Maker Force Classroom/Design Lab inside MadJax 515 E Main St, Muncie, IN 47305
Cost: $10 Ages: 12+; 8-11 w/ registered adult Participants will create uniquely embellished photographs printed onto fabric. Use a photo of family, friends, nature, or your favorite subject, and learn how to sublimate print onto fabric. Then learn basic embroidery stitches and techniques to embellish and creatively adorn your favorite photograph.

Recommended ages: 12 through adult
Ages 8–11 may accompany a registered adult
Cost: $10

Based on the animated PBS KIDS show DANIEL TIGER’S NEIGHBORHOOD, and with a nod to MISTER ROGERS’ NEIGHBORHOOD, this event focuses on the importance of being neighborly.
BE MY NEIGHBOR DAY will feature more than 20 booths (neighbors) offering fun activities for the whole family.
We have a lot of great things planned:
• Meet Daniel Tiger!
• Dance along to music by the Atomic Sharks!
• Visit our great neighbors from arts organizations, community centers and other awesome non-profit groups!
• Enjoy performances by Muncie Ballet and Youth Symphony Orchestra, too!

- "One World, One Sky: Big Bird’s Adventure" Planetarium Show 3:30pm @ Charles W. Brown Planetarium CL177 2111 W Riverside Ave
"One World, One Sky" is a brilliant program that follows Sesame Street's Big Bird and Elmo as they explore the night sky with Hu Hu Zhu, a new friend from China. Together, they take an imaginary trip from Sesame Street to the Moon, where they discover how different it is from Earth. They will also find shapes in the sky that will help them find the North Star. This cross-cultural adventure opens children's eyes to the sky, helping them see how people all over the world are connected.
