Dice, cards, and spinners, oh my! This delightful and interactive workshop is designed to bring friends and families together for a day of fun, creativity, and bonding through the joy of games. Unleash your imagination and embark on a creative journey to design and conceptualize your own personalized board game or interactive activity.

From brainstorming game mechanics and crafting game boards to designing characters and game pieces, participants will have the freedom to let their creativity soar. Various materials, art supplies, and tools will be provided.

Participants will also be able to explore the Design Lab and learn about the different technologies available to create custom game pieces.

COST: $5 PER FAMILY DUE AT REGISTRATION

This workshop is recommended for adults or families. Youth aged 16 or older may register independently. Youth younger than 16 may register with an adult. This workshop is led by Educator in Residence Jenifer Pierce, a special education teacher at Northside Middle School.

All of our workshops and classes are led by professional makers, artists, entrepreneurs, educators and community partners. We strive to provide high-quality and unique learning experiences. Registration will close up to 72 hours prior to the start of the event to provide time for instructors to prepare.
