In the more than thirty years since opening its doors, Minnetrista has become a beloved institution in the Muncie community. Highlighting photos and documents from Minneterista’s Heritage Collection, this talk will explore Minnetrista’s founding and Ed Ball’s role in creating an organization that continues to carry on the Ball family legacy today.
