Volunteer in a Nice Warm Tropical Environment
The Dr. Joe and Alice Rinard Orchid Greenhouse at Ball State University is looking for volunteers. Volunteer duties take a variety of forms and provide lots of flexibility for those who cannot commit to a regular schedule. We need volunteers to serve as greeters, tour guides (docents), plant care providers, educators for special programs, and assist with our three special events each year. Training is provided. For those interested the next training is set for Saturday, February 11, from 10:00 a.m.-noon. Training is held at the Orchid Greenhouse, 2500 W.
