Ball State University’s Musical Arts Quintet will perform in the David Owsley Museum of Art on Dec. 4, 2012.
6:30p.m. Reception precedes the concert in the Brown Study Room - Cash Bar
7:30 p.m. Concert begins in the Sculpture Court
The museum and the concert are FREE and open to the public. Seats are limited. Early arrival is recommended.
Parking is available in the McKinley Avenue garage between Riverside and University Avenues.
In residence at Ball State University, the Musical Arts Quintet was established in 1957 and is one of the country's most distinguished chamber ensembles of its kind. Eight cross-country tours have brought the quintet high critical acclaim. Current members of the MAQ are Mihoko Watanabe, flute; Aryn Sweeney, oboe; Elizabeth Crawford, clarinet; Keith Sweger, bassoon; and Gene Berger, horn.
