Attention all ghosts and goblins, ghouls and witches, the Muncie Eagles 231 is having a Halloween party that's sure to be more fun than any spell you could conjure up in your cauldron. Costumes optional, but there's a best dressed contest. Karaoke and ice cold beverages will also be available. Open to the public, so bring your friends and come join us.
