Ball State University Craft Show

Members of the Ball State community will be selling homemade crafts such as candles, ceramics, paintings, pottery, metal and wood crafts, crocheted, sewn, knitted items, jewelry, holiday decorations, children's items, baked goods and much more.
Interested in selling your crafts? Booth rental is $30.00. Booth must be reserved in the name of a Ball State University employee, retiree or student. To reserve your spot please complete the bottom portion of the flyer and return payment to Jane Thomas, Office of Teacher Ed Services, TC205. - Historic Beech Grove Cemetery Tour 3:30pm to 7:30pm @ Beech Grove Cemetery 1400 W Kilgore Ave
Cost: $7 in advance at Refresh and cemetery office. Children under 10 free when accompanied by an adult October 10th is the Old West End Neighborhood Association's Historic Cemetery Tour at Beech Grove Cemetery from 3:30-7:30pm.

Each year, the tour features different historical figures and a new route.
Local historians, will take you on a walking tour of the Old Section/Circle of the cemetery. Visitors may view historic artifacts from Minnetrista's Special Collections in the Chapel and enjoy refreshments by the fountain before or after the tour.
Tickets are $7 and available in advance Refresh downtown (312 E Main St) or at the Beech Grove cemetery office (1400 W Kilgore Ave). Tours are limited to 20 persons at a time and generally leave every half hour. Children under 10 are free when accompanied by an adult. Tour may require walking on uneven ground. Partners include: Minnetrista, Parson Mortuary, Covertek, Refresh, Teenworks.

- Muncie MusicFest 5pm to 2am @ Various locations
Ages: All ages 5-10pm, 21+ after For its ninth year, some of the best homegrown local and regional talent will once again come together for one epic day of live music called Muncie MusicFest on Saturday, October 10th.
From 5pm to 10pm, the festival will pack all three floors of the beautiful Cornerstone Center for the Arts with six all-ages stages and over 30 bands. After 10pm, fine drinking establishments throughout Muncie will take over and host an additional ten bands for music lovers 21 and over. The best part? All of the concerts at all participating locations will be absolutely free to attend, presented as a gift to the community.
Whether you prefer rock, folk, hip-hop, electronica, heavy metal, punk, or bluegrass, you’ll find it at Muncie MusicFest, along with hours of opportunities to explore, discover, and find new favorites among the dozens of bands who will be performing. Cash bars will be available at Cornerstone to patrons 21 and over, and food trucks will be on site to help fuel the party until 10pm. Afterward, Be Here Now, The Acoustic Room, The Ballroom, and The Fickle Peach will keep the festival going with their own free concerts.
Muncie MusicFest 2015 has been made possible with funding from the Community Foundation of Muncie and Delaware County and the Ball Brothers Foundation, and through the efforts of the Full Circle Arts Co-op and Cornerstone Center for the Arts. Additional support has been provided by WLBC, MAX, Sight and Sound Music Center, and Abercrombie Ink.

When the worlds of bears and people collide, everyone learns that girls and bears aren't as ferocious as they may seem. Goldilocks, on a trip into the forest, ventures into a seemingly uninhabited house. In the process of making herself feel at home, she turns the place into a gigantic mess! Little does she know that the house belongs to a family of three bears, who will not be too pleased to witness her handiwork. Featuring an unforgettable score and a story every child knows and loves, this adaptation is perfect for family audiences.
