Walk Indiana is a family friendly, NON-COMPETITVE walk for people of all ages and abilities. Get fit and have fun walking a 13.1 mile half marathon, a 10K, or a 5K. Walkers enjoy the beautiful scenery along Cardinal Greenway and White River Greenway and are provided snacks and beverages at various rest stops. Come walk with us Sept 9th and take home your Walk Indiana ribbon!

Come and enjoy fun children & family activities, a pie bake competition, a downtown celebrity pie -in- the -face fundraiser, watch music and dance performances by local talents & browse through the booths of various local organizations and vendors!

Fresh food, locally grown produce, plants, art, handmade crafts, and live entertainment, all weekly at the Muncie Makers Market held outdoors from May through October on Saturdays from 4-7p on the corner of Jackson and Cherry Streets in the Old West End of Downtown Muncie, AND, we are a PokéStop just FULL of lures! The Muncie Makers Market will now accept SNAP/EBT (food stamps) - please spread the word!

- Tour of the Late Summer Sky 6:30pm to 12:42pm @ Charles W. Brown Planetarium Ball State University 2000 West Riverside Avenue
Learn how to use a star chart as we take a tour of the late summer sky in the Brown Planetarium. You will learn how to find constellations, planets, and more. Come learn how to navigate the sky by using bright stars and constellations, and discover what fascinating objects exist deep in space.
Suitable for all ages 10+- Monthly Dance Club 7pm to 12:42pm @ Cornerstone Center for the Arts 520 E Main, Muncie, IN 47305
Cost: $12 per person, $7 for students Monthly Dance Club is a monthly social dance event at Cornerstone Center for the Arts. Each event begins with an hour of dance instruction in swing, ballroom, salsa, or tango dancing led by instructor David Fennig followed by open dancing. The event is a great way to spend a Saturday evening with friends while showing off already existing dance skills or learning a new dance form. The event is $12 per person or $7 for students, no pre-registration is necessary for this event.
