DESCRIPTION:Enjoy a concert of standard jazz favorites and original composi
 tions with the Ball State University Jazz Ensembles and guest artist Sherr
 ie Maricle\, renowned jazz percussionist. The ensembles are under the dire
 ction of Mark Buselli.\n\nLearn more about the Ball State University Jazz 
 Ensembles.\n\nSherrie Maricle&nbsp\;leads The DIVA Jazz Orchestra\, her qu
 intet FIVE PLAY and co-leads the 3D Jazz Trio. She is also a busy freelanc
 e performer\, a published composer/arranger and a dedicated educator\, cli
 nician\, guest conductor and soloist.\n\nWith her bands Sherrie has perfor
 med at many of the world’s most acclaimed music venues and festivals\, f
 rom Lincoln Center to the Kennedy Center\, the Hollywood Bowl and beyond. 
 Additionally\, Sherrie and DIVA were featured at the 2017 NEA Jazz Master
 ’s Awards Ceremony\, the soundtrack for the NBC-Macy’s Fireworks Spect
 acular\; on CBS Sunday Morning with Charles Osgood\, on TCM’s televised 
 broadcast of the 25th Anniversary of the Kennedy Center and NHK Japan’s 
 New York Jazz. The band also co-stars in the award-winning documentary fil
