 y &amp\; Survival mealshare at the Muncie Liberation Studio!\n\nWe strive 
 to use this dinner as a mechanism for deepening relationships between comm
 unity members and developing our political consciousness and unity togethe
 r\, all while eating a home cooked meal together at the table.\n\nMutual A
 id has a long history within left social movements. Distinctively differen
 t from the vertical\, top-down\, colonial model of “charity”\, mutual 
 aid works in a horizontal manner\, connecting working people with other wo
 rking people to meet each other's needs. Mutual aid has historically been 
 used as a form of reciprocal community care work which shifts power and st
 rengthens relationships\, all while creating a space to discuss why access
  to needed resources were not in our reach in the first place.&nbsp\;
