 6p at the Muncie Liberation Studio for a group read of selected readings f
 rom Hood Communist\, Shaka Shakur’s “Manifestations of Thought: When t
 he Dragon Comes”\, and Black Agenda Report. Come learn about and discuss
  Dual Power\, Community Control\, and how the Republic of New Afrika chall
 enges and exists as an alternative to the US colonial state. This session 
 was inspired by washington d.c.’s Pan-African Community Action’s Commu
 nity Control proposal for their city where they demand more democratic and
  community-based organizing around public safety\, youth education\, and o
 ther key governing institutions which shape the lives and realities &nbsp\
 ;working class\, Black communities in d.c. Beginners are welcome and readi
