Passing through all 92 counties in Indiana, the Bicentennial Torch Relay will move through Delaware County on Tuesday, September 27 from 9:00 am till noon. The live fire Torch will be carried by 24 locally-chosen Torch Bearers. The Torch will be lit at the Delaware County Fairgrounds at 9:00 and will be handed off to Randolph County on Highway 32 East at noon.
