In memory of School of Music alum Uttamlal “Tom” Shah, who was killed in a U.S. Embassy bombing in Kenya in 1998, the Scholarship Award Concert features Ball State’s top three Jazz Ensembles under the direction of Mark Buselli, director of jazz studies.
